Responsibility

We are regulated by the Swiss regulator FINMA and subject to the ongoing supervision of the AOOS, a supervisory organization subject to FINMA’s oversight. IZWM is also an active member of SAAM- Swiss Association of Asset Managers. The codes of conduct in the areas of ethics, professionalism and financial integrity dictated by these bodies as well as deriving from the Swiss Financial Institutions and the Swiss Financial Services Acts insure client protection, including professional secrecy.

In addition to that, we undergo regular audits and all transactions are being monitored to comply with stringent financial regulations such as the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
